1. REGISTRATION
- Please click on the ‘Registration’ button at the bottom of Login page.
2. LOGIN
- Please login with your username and password.
3. SELECT A PRODUCT/SERVICE
- Please select the product/service from the menu bar on the left side or use the ‘Search’ field.
- For more details please click on the actual product/service
- Once selected please click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
- Please continue and select another product/service by returning to the product list or drop the cart or finish the order.
4. DATA SHEET FOR STUDENT INFORMATION
- In case of services related to School trips/Summer Camp/ English Language Camp, an additional data sheet needs to be filled in / fields marked with * are mandatory/.
5. REVIEW AND FINISH YOUR ORDER
- Please review the items listed in your Cart.
- Here you have the option to increase or decrease the item quantity.
- Once all selected items are listed in your Cart, please click on the ‘Next’ button.
6. BILLING INFORMATION
- Please provide your billing information / fields marked with * are mandatory/.
- In case of company please fill in the VAT number too.
- You can select a previous billing address in the first row.
- When you finished please click on the ‘Next’ button.
7. REVIEW YOUR CART AND BILLING DETAILS
- Please check your Cart and Billing details.
- Please read and accept the General Terms and Condition /including Refund Policy/ and the Privacy Note. Details can be found at the bottom of the website.
- If all information is correct, please click on the ‘Finish order’ button.
8. PAYMENT
- You will be directed to the safe payment side of CIB Bank Hungary.
- Accepted cards are MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, VPAY.
- The technology used by CIB Bank (TLS encrypt technology, separated information to the bank and the merchandiser, Verisign certificate) ensures the safety of your payment.
- In order to make the payment, please enter your card data and click on the ‘Continue’ button.
- Please check the payment details once again and click on the ‘Pay’ button in order to complete the transaction.
9. ORDER CONFIRMATION
- Once payment has been completed we will send you a confirmation email.
10. DOWNLOAD YOUR INVOICE
- You can download your invoice from your Profile in the right top corner under ‘My orders’ menu.
